This grouping encourages professional knowledge sharing and sufficient skills enhancement. Teams are controlled by department heads who play an essential role in staffing, managing, and training. Also, each unit has an internal team lead.
What is the role of a department head in the teams' success?

- coordinates the work of team leads;
- organizes the working process of a remote team, or adapts the workflow to your process;
- forms the requirements for the candidates search, assesses the professional level of the developer;
- controls reports on teams work;
- gives technical consultations to the team members;
- monitors the psychological atmosphere in the Teams.
